Payment

The payment of the orders will be made by the customer at the time of purchase, through the payment option chosen by the user among those offered by Visor Medical: Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) or by Bank Transfer (registration on the website as a User is required).

After receiving the order, Visor Medical will send the confirmation and payment details in the confirmation email to the email address provided by the User.

Shipment

Once the confirmation of the order is received, Visor Medical will send the products to the physical address address indicated by the User at the time of placing the order. Visor Medical will be able to the shipment and delivery of its products to any place within the Spanish territory. For deliveries outside of the peninsular territory (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) you must contact Visor Medical

As a general rule, delivery times for orders placed within the Spanish territory (peninsula) and Portugal will be 24 working hours, provided that the order is placed on a working day before 14:00 hours. However, during specific commercial periods (sales, Valentine´s Day, Black Friday, Christmas...), Black Friday, Christmas...) or holidays, the delivery time of the order can be extended up to 72 working hours.
